In the 1970's Dr. Taibi Kahler worked alongside NASA to create the Process Communication Model, aimed at improving communication and decreasing conflicts among astronauts in space missions. PCM has since evolved even more, and is used today to teach managers and executives how to best communicate so that their company and team can thrive and grow.

I provide workshops on Neurodiversity. With a PhD in Neurosciences and a lifelong experience with ADHD, I combine actionable steps and scientific approaches to neurodiversity in the workplace.
